1. Delivery Timeline
We process and ship orders daily (except Sundays and Public Holidays).
Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman: 1 – 3 Business Days.
Abu Dhabi, RAK, Fujairah, & UAQ: 2 – 3 Business Days.
Remote Areas: 3 – 5 Business Days.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard Delivery: A flat rate of AED [ 17 ] applies to all orders.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above AED [200].
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within the UAE.
A COD service fee of AED [10] may apply to these orders.
Please ensure a valid UAE mobile number is provided so the courier can coordinate the delivery time with you.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via Email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two times. Please ensure you are available at the provided address or reachable by phone to avoid any delays or returns.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates.
